Shipping & Returns

In an attempt to keep our prices as low as possible, we try to maintain a simple shipping policy.

METHOD OF SHIPPING:

We will make the determinations which shipper to use based on the circumstances. All orders will attempt to be shipped within Five Business Days of the time the order is completely processed.  Average delivery times once your item has been shipped are 3 to 5 business days.

COST:

Unless otherwise stated, the cost for shipping is included in the listed price , anywhere in the continental US (lower 48 States). 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping insurance is NOT included with our Free Shipping offer. On the checkout page, you will be provided with the opportunity to add insurance to the package for a nominal fee. Please be aware that Bezway will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages that have not been insured.

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION:

Returns are ONLY accepted for merchandise found defective. For damaged or defective items, Bezway will provide your choice of replacement item (pending availability) or full refund and pay the return shipping cost of the items.

Important Note:  We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the item must be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty policy). 

Please note: Customers are responsible for verifying that the item they order is legal in their city and state. From time to time, manufacturers make changes to their products and specifications, including the accessories included with the item or changes to the items themselves. While we always strive to maintain a completely accurate website, we are not responsible for errors or omissions in our images or product descriptions. Please contact us if you have any questions about a product BEFORE placing an order.

Order Cancellation Fee:

We invest time and money to prepare each and every order that is placed with our company, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone with a sales associate, you will be charged 15% Cancellation/Change fee if you decide to cancel the order or substitute products. You will not be charged any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. By placing an order online or making a phone order with a sales associate, you agree to pay this 15% Cancellation/Change fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We are happy to assist our customers with special orders for products that are not currently in stock. Please send us a message through our “Contact Us” page with a description of the product, Manufacturer Part Number (if possible) or a link to the product on another site, and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours with availability and price.

All special orders require a 20% Non-Refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. Under no circumstances are we able to place a special order without this deposit. We only accept special orders for products that are currently in stock or on the way from one of our suppliers, and we expect customers to follow through once the item has been delivered.
